Greetings mid weekers, just out from 1km of swimming after the Haselbury hilly, muddy Trail last night, all part of 54321
I have some great news about Sundays for all you faster runners out there training for an autumn half or marathon, there is going to be a longer, faster Sunday session, starting this week with a 13 miler. This will start from the same place and at the same time as the fantastic normal Sunday run, which, of course, continues. That way everyone should get back together to enjoy the tea and cakes...
Paul Allen has organised things, these are his posts!
As Phil announced tonight I have offered to set-up a faster version of the social run on Sunday morning. The aim will be to shape it to what people want to see and how it fits with training schedules. Plan is to start this Sunday at 0900 with about 13 miles and take it from there. Due to my own marathon commitments I won't be able to lead every week but I hope we can get a group together and perhaps get a rota going. If anyone is interested then please message me with your e-mail address and I'll get things organised.
For those that wish to be kept informed of runs pse send me your e-mail address that you would like to be contacted on. Aim will be to use this as the primary means of a group message for co-ordinating (backed up by FB) (already have details from Matt and Leyton).
Pauls e mail address. let him know.
