This weeks pub run

Pub run 6.30 pm this Thursday 19th July from Fox & Hounds, Charlton Adam (off A37 - follow the Fox & Hounds pub signs).

Nice, gentle flat 6 miles (I'm winding down for my 3 week holiday in 'sunny' Kingswear, Devon, so apologies to you runners who love hills). First half mainly off road, wet and bit muddy underfoot but no 'bogs'; second half mainly on road. Also an opportunity to 'play' in the outdoor play area at Lytes Cary if you feel the need! Good pub grub afterwards! Hope to see lots of you there!
