The Gillingham Trotters are happy to invite you to the Pen Selwood 10k, a fun charity raising event established over 30 years ago.

The race is taking place on the 14th of April in Pen Selwood (near Wincanton). As well as the 10k there are also a 5km and 2km supporting races.
The race is run under UKA rules and the course is accurately measured.
Some cheeky hills mean this is certainly no PB course but the views and the atmosphere will win you over.
Should you have any questions please feel free to email me.

Just to let you know Tin tin Ten is back in 2013.  It is taking place on Wednesday 19 June with the 2k starting at 6:30pm  followed by the 10k at 7pm.  The 2k will see a completely new route and the 10k being run in reverse to accommodate our new positioning of race HQ in the centre of Tintinhull on the village green.

Everything else is on the web site.

I am away for a couple of weeks and will not have PC access, so you have a break from me. Matt may make some posts, otherwise I will tell you all about the sunny Caribbean when I get home

Train well and set your goals...

Terry
