The organisers of the Yeovil Half have just advised that the 100th Green and White has just entered, amazing, 100 runners from one club, and the best club at that, in one race! Rod was the 100th Yeovil entrant.

Thanks to Claire, Jane, Kat and Mel for helping to de-rig the Gt Western course this afternoon, appreciate the weather and conditions were deteriorating by the minute and you could have been enjoying a Mothers Day Lunch. Next year we'll ensure the Marshals help by bringing the markers etc back and not leaving them out on the course. Have a drink you deserve it, thanks again.
At Christchurch on Sunday there was the Mad March 10 and 20 milers, in the 10 Linda and Melanie had a super race, and now it transpires that Melanie had broken Bones in her foot.. Running through the pain barrier...
Melanie and Linda were in the top 100 in the 10, Fiona, Lynne, Sally and Katherine followed each other in in the 20 with David close behind. Great stuff all...
Mad March Results
Nick and Malcolm ran at Salisbury in the 10 miler, it was a busy weekend. Nick achieved a great 79th place with Malcolm having an excellent outing coming in 243rd in a big field. Results below

Some sad news from Sue Fox, when will officials stop meddling and let people get on with their lives?..
There is no Swanage Half this year due to the usual stuff health and safety and local issues, very sad as this race has a long history and is one of our favourite events. Lets hope if will be back next year with all the problems sorted. The web site gives the full details
You know I am involved in 5 races down this way and we are having to change 3 of them this year even though they have run for years with no problems, what a pain!
