Greetings all, a very hot weekend, wonderful… Not
all that much happening and I a bit out of touch as my first recovery week
comes to an end after my Medial Meniscus repair, so my next club run gets a
week closer…

Travelled 2000 miles to run my 1st and 2nd Saturday morning 5k park runs - Albert Park, Melbourne and Sydney Park. Who's going to set one up in Yeovil?!!

Matt went over to the dark side today.. Got his bike out and did a Wiggle
70
odd miles in the sun, part of New Forest then over and round the Isle of Wight,
and then back, with about 300-400 other cyclists. Great fun, knees are
knackered. Thanks to Toby Fry and Dave Tillyer for getting me round...isn't
drafting a great thing?
Shout out to Karen Bentham (ex-YTRRC) who also rode.
Average pace 14.8mph which I was pleased with. I would have been there but for the Op, next time maybe..
