There are no YTRRC runners in the 'who's in' list for Maiden Castle Loop tomorrow evening. Can we get a team? Starts at 6pm and, of course, there is the option of popping on down to Weymouth for fish and chips afterwards. Not sure that I should really be running with my sore throat but kill or cure I reckon and got to get back in the groove after 6 weeks away and an ultra looming!

Lat year a group of Green and Whites had a nice day out at the Christchurch 10km Christmas Pudding Run. This is a real PB course and we follow up the race with a few mince pies, mulled wine and mulled cider and Christmas Cake at mine. This race fills up quick, so get your entries in and have a great day out and a PB.
