Reference the local Sports Relief Run

The council have asked for support for people to run the distances or help with setting up or marshalling.  For those members not fully into racing this would be a good taster as it is around the recreation field.  All the information is on the site below and if anyone wishes to help out they can contact Dave Blackwell on david.blackwell@southsomerset.gov.uk.  We’ll also put it on the parish notices each week and facebook.

It’s Sport Relief again this year (10.45am, 23 March) at Yeovil Recreation Centre.

The good news is that we don’t clash with the Half Marathon this year but as we have a 6 mile run this might be attractive to some members. For a short period only it is also half price entry -  - Details
