UK 10K Road Championships 2014

 

It would be good to get teams for the below. If there is enough interest we can organise transport to the event. As you see there are 6 men's and 6 women's places free of charge, so this will be on a first come first basis so if you are interested please let me (lesley.218@hotmail.co.uk) or Matt (runningmatt@mypostoffice.co.uk).

 

Dear Team Manager/Club Official

I am writing to inform you of the UK 10K Road Championships 2014. The Championships will again be incorporated with the BUPA London 10,000 on Sunday 25^th May 2014 and will again be part of the Runbritain Grand Prix series.

As per last year your club will receive 6 men’s and 6 women’s free of charge places. The cumulative time of your first three runners will score towards the team prizes.

The online entry system for this will be opening the week ending 24^th January 2014 and we will need to send out the online entry details to you via email.

If your contact details have changed or you are no longer the contact for your club can you please let me know by Thursday 16^th January 2014.

Entries will close at 5pm on Friday 9^th May 2014.

Great Western 10k - this Sunday

The weather looks to be improving for the weekend - I have heard 12 degrees with sunny intervals for Sunday! So it would be good to see a few more YTRRC members joining in with our next Club event (and of course the next Club Championship race) Great Western 10k.
