BING BONG, your social Secretary calling. Im busy planning events for the summer and later on in the year. But in the mean time who's up a night out on Friday 19th June for a few 'lemonades' ?

Better Late Than Never

Sean and Fiona Gaffney went off to do The Rat Race Dirty Weekend that included 20 miles of obstacles with the final wall at the end. There was 200 throughout the course. Well done team Gaffney.

3. Fri Track Night 6:15pm and Saturday Club Run from just outside YTFC 9:00am 23rd May

4.Sunday Long Runs are from Goldenstones at 9:00 am 24th May
