Invictus Games
Sean Gaffney was out it the States for the Invictus Games and did both the Country and Club proud with 2 Golds a Silver and a Bronze. Sean has been on BBC's Points West and also the Daily Mail and rumour has it there might be a Prince at Sean and Fiona's BBQ in July.

Hope 24
That time of year again when YTRRC travel down to Plympton for Hope 24 which is a team/ solo run around a 5 mile route and see how many laps you can do. Some went down on the Friday to set up camp and get the YTRRC flags flying.

The change over was handing a wrist band so just like a relay team the changeover needs to be swift so not to lose valuable seconds. As you can see below.
Not like this Team, which I think involved tongues.
At the finish the medals were given out with some team photos
WIth the end of the Race it was time for Cake, well only if you got there before Lynne.
I am glad to see Thomas is still there.

Wambrook Waddle 10k
Mark and a few others went and raced the Wambrook Waddle 10k there are no results out yet.

I did the Wambrook Waddle 10K today for the first time. Quite tough cross country with a lot of climb and river crossings so I was pleased with 63:17. As far as I could see there were 3 YTRRC shirts including Gareth. Great weather, and wild running terrain.
Moors Valley 10k
We had a few Green and Whites at this race, Jo, Luke and Catherine.

1. Tuesday Club Night is at YTFC 6:30pm 17th May
2. The Pub Run this week is on Thursday at TBC 6:30pm
4. The Sunday Long Runs will be at Goldenstones at 9:00 am
