Richards 3 Race Challenge - Two races out of 4 gone, full report tomorrow

Please note that Thursday 6th Pub run scheduled for the Rose & Portcullis is posponed to mid October. This is because of delays in building refurbishments
Therefore the Pub Run for 6th Sept is now The Wyndham Arms Kingsbury Episcopi  TA12 6AT

There are two club championship races tomorrow so full blog update tomorrow night. The races are the Shillingstone 5 Hill Race and the Baltonsborough 5 Mile, Richard is doing BOTH!

KING ALFREDS TORMENT - 23rd September, marshalls are needed, 30 of them Phil tells me! Please contact Phil or e mail me and I will pass the e mail on to Phil if you can marshall. I remind you that if you want to run and you have been with the club over a year you must supply a marshall. Full race details on the web site.

I am back from the Southampton Triathlon, had a super morning, really enjoyed it after so long away from it. The old bike got me round, in bike years its nearly as old as me, still love it though. Another part of Challenge54321, 3 is done, just a little bit of 5, 4 and 2 to go!
