60k in a day 10k loop
Start from 9:00am (Ultra 7:00am)
You can run, bike, run and bike, walk, crawl, for 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k, 50k or 60k around a 10k loop. It is up to you, try a new distance, time trial a 10k, get in some base miles, train for that half, Marathon, Duathlon or Triathlon or just jog round for fitness and some fun just because you can!!!

Time Table
7:00 am - Ultra Runners Start
7:45 am - Course is marked out
9:00 am - 2 Minutes Silence for Remembrance Day
9:05 am - Route Briefing
9:10 am - Clock Started - and the off
(You can start when you like, but most will probably go off at 9:10am)
9:30 am - tea and cakes available
1:00 pm - Course is taken down (Help appreciated)
You can do any distance between 10 and 60k in 10k loops (See loop map at link above)
You can start when you like but the course will be taken down at 1:00pm
Tea and cakes will be available (a small donation to Muscular Dystrophy Charity is welcome but completely voluntary)
Bikes will be stored in the compound at the Football Ground, you are advised to lock them up, you are responsible for your bikes security
PLEASE NOTE:
You take part at your own risk and at all times have responsibility for your own safety
You should wear high viz gear
You MUST have a helmet if biking for any part of the event
If you bring a bike YOU are fully responsible for its security.
You MUST have fun and enjoy!
