Happy Christmas from the Management

Finally

I would just like to say, as this is the last blog before Christmas a very Happy Christmas to you all from all from the Committee and hope to see you all back at the Sunday Run on the 28th Dec. 

If you can make it on Christmas Day we will be running from Phil's house at 10:00am in Santa Suits for a gentle 5-6 miles with the odd beverage on route. All are welcome and Phil will cook you dinner on the return. 

The Running Club has a new Member.

I hope Sarah does not mind me posting this but she sent me a message last night.

Baby Bacon has arrived!! Charlotte Rose was born yesterday 6lb 7oz back home today now the fun starts!!! X 

Congratulations to both of you and cant wait to see you back in your Crop Top running again. :)

Portsmouth Marathon

Lauren, Paul and I went down early in the morning for the Portsmouth Harbour Marathon, a out and back around the Harbour crossing the beach at two points  making very hard going. We all came in at 3hr 46mins and Lauren managed 2nd in her age group and was the first Santa to cross the line. Well done. Results

Sunday Runs in the Park

We have received complaints from the local council with regards to over age children  playing in local parks. If any one is caught they will be punished. BE WARNED.

The Tour de Farce - The Dark Nights

Pub Runners get Lost

Thursdays Pub run went slightly of course when Phil took the wrong left turn.

After paying the Bridge Toll they made it back to what was a lovely meal with presents from Katie and Crackers from Richards with the odd Christmas Jumper thrown in. Lovely time and well done to all that went.

2. Thursday Pub Run is cancelled due to Christmas

3. Friday is Track Night with Tim and Pete is also cancelled due to Boxing Day

4. Saturday Club Run from just outside YTFC 9:00am 27th Dec

5. Sunday is at Goldenstone 9:00am 28th Dec
