Portland Half and Full and Lytchett Minster 10 oh and Bath

Well done to Mark Gosney at the Portland Coastal Half Marathon today, nice and hilly with some stunning views. Nice to see you get a nice bit of Bling as well. Also Chris Woodman who completed the Portland Full Marathon.  Meanwhile also in Dorset YTRRC runners hit the 10 miler at Lytchett Minster and also at the Bath Skyliner at home in Somerset.

For those that did the Humdinger Half we have had a request for some feed back about the race, good or bad and if you have any ideas on how to improve it. If you have any then give to either Deb Stanfield or myself and we will pass it on.The email from them said:

It was great to see so many Yeovilites running today. This was our inaugural half marathon Humdinger, (always been 10 miles before), a slightly different route, longer (obviously!), and, we hope, with better facilities! Any feedback – both good and bad – from the boys and girls who ran it today, would be greatly appreciated, and would help us to make it even better.

oh – and by the way – those cakes looked bloody lovely!!

6..Quiz Night at the Great Lyde is on the 28th Feb starting at 7:00pm, first question at 7:30.
