Yeovil Marathon

Next Sunday sees the Clubs first Marathon and there are around 30 Club members running in it. For some it is their first Marathon and looking at the training that you have put in all should have no worries so go out there and enjoy it.

Once you cross the line and collect your well deserved medal get home and sign up for another one or an Ultra to get your Super Slam Hat.

Summer 5k Series 

Next Wednesday is the next Summer 5k Race. Entries online  at FullOnSport.co.uk on the day of the race up to mid afternoon. As usual we need plenty of help from club members.

Crewkerne 10k

Well done to Bryn Phillips on his 2nd place in the Crewkerne 10k.

Dartmoor Discovery

This is the second time I have done this longest Road Ultra in the UK, its a great race that only a few of YTRRC runners have completed. Have a go next year, entries open 4th Jan.

Well done to Paul Allen on coming 10th with me coming 49th and Andy Merrick 107th. Full results can be seen here.

Medway 10k

Just a mention about Lenny Carroll running his first race in the Green and White vest, he managed  57:27 so well done.

First outing as a Green and White.

3. Fri Track Night 6:15pm and Saturday Club Run from just outside YTFC 9:00am 13th June

4.Sunday Long Runs are from Goldenstones at 9:00 am 14th June

5. The next Championship Race is Sun 7th 10k Sun 14th 10k Martock 10.00 am
